Who you're dealing with

LoadedTCG is operated by Loaded Dice Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12429789, VAT number GB 342132248, Unit C4, Windmill Parc, Hayes Road, Sully, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 5AD. Using the site means accepting these terms.

We don't sell anything here

There's no basket, no checkout and no way to buy from this site. When you're ready to buy, the links take you to Loaded Dice, which is the same company but a different site with its own terms and its own consumer rights. Nothing on this page affects those.

Prices are a guide, not a valuation

Card prices here are market data converted to sterling. They are estimates. They are not offers, not appraisals, and not what any particular shop will charge or pay you. A converted American price frequently differs from a UK sale price for reasons weset out in full.

Don't rely on them for insurance, probate, tax or any other purpose that needs a real valuation. Get a proper one.

Release dates move

Every date carries a badge saying how confident we are in it. Even a confirmed date can change: publishers and distributors move them, sometimes at short notice. We update dates as we learn about them, but please don't book time off work on the strength of a page.

We try hard to be right, and we're sometimes wrong

The site is provided as it is. We don't promise it's complete, current or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we're not liable for losses arising from relying on it — a card bought at the wrong price, a set that arrived a week later than we said.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

What you may and may not do with it

Read it, use it, quote it with a link back. What you may not do:

• Extract the price data in bulk. Scraping, crawling for prices, or copying the pricing into another product or service. Our licence for that data doesn't permit us to pass it on, so we can't allow anyone to take it — this isn't us being precious, it's the condition we hold it under.
• Republish substantial parts of the written content as your own.
• Hammer the site with automated requests, or try to break, overload or get around its security.

Writing about a card and linking to the page is fine and welcome. Rebuilding our price checker from our numbers is not.

Who owns what

The writing, design and structure of this site belong to Loaded Dice Ltd. Card prices come from our data providers and remain theirs.

Game names, set names, card names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners — The Pokémon Company, Ravensburger, Bandai, Riot Games, Fantasy Flight Games and others. They appear here to describe the products we're writing about. LoadedTCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Links out

We link to other sites, including our own shop. We're responsible for what's on this site, not for what's on theirs.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will say when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means accepting it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of your local law.
